Raphaël Piguet started shooting music videos around 2010 while studying photography in Vevey. Both involved in visual arts and rap, he came naturally to directing clips for many Swiss and international artists.
He graduated from Vevey’s photography school in 2012 (CFC and ES), and learnt more about moving images while working on fiction or commercial films as 1st AC, gaffer and finally D.O.P.
After working as a freelance for about ten years, he graduates in 2024 in the master in cinematography at the Zürich University of the Arts (ZHDK) and specializes in fiction and documentary cinematography.
